The Emmetsburg Education Center is a 509(a)2 nonprofit organization. The current board of directors are as follows:

The board of directors meets the second Thursday of every month at 7:00pm at the Emmetsburg Education Center. Board terms are 2 years. Copies of board meeting minutes are available at EEC and available upon request.
